The William Crookes Prize awarded to Pascal Chabert

ESCAMPIG (Europhysics Conference on Atomic and Molecular Physics of Ionized Gases) awards the William Crookes prize to a mid-career researcher who has been recognized to have made major contributions to the scientific topics covered by the ESCAMPIG. Mid-career is here defined as between 10 and 20 years after PhD or the equivalent qualification. The prize is co-sponsored by the European Physical Society (EPS) and Plasma Sources Science and Technology Journal (PSST).
