In-flight Missions

 Cluster ESA mission (launched in 2000, extended to September 2024, Cluster 2 reentry), STAFF-SC instrument PI since 2023

 THEMIS NASA mission (launched on Feb. 17th, 2007, extended up to 2026), SCM
instruments CoI

 MMS NASA mission (launched on March 12th, 2015, extended up to 2026), SCM instrument CoI of the Fields consortium

Missions in progress or proposed

 HelioSwarm proposed to NASA MIDEX Call in 2019 was selected for a competitive phase A in August 2020
In February 2022, Helioswarm was finally selected for launch in 2029.
This NASA PI mission is leaded by Harlan Spence from UNH
SCM instrument Lead

 Plasma Observatory proposed to ESA AO M7, selected for phase 0 in 2023 and selected for a competitive phase A in November 2023
SCM instrument PI, member of the core team (science operations)
