Thierry DUFOUR, PhD from “Cold atmospheric plasmas” LPP (UMR7648), SU-CNRS-Ecole Polytechnique is associate professor at Sorbonne Université at Paris where he teaches in two departments : Engineering (919) and Physics (925) *** In 2009, TD defended his PhD at the University of Orleans (France), then became post-doctoral researcher and temporary lecturer at the University of Brussels (ULB) in the department of Analytical Chemistry for Plasmas & Interfaces (CHANI team). In 2015, he is nominated associate professor at Sorbonne Université and in 2016 he receives his HDR (French research supervisor accreditation). *** His previous researches cover a large spectrum of applications & fundamentals dealing with cold atmospheric plasmas : micro-plasmas, plasma polymer functionalization, organometallics and colloids in plasma phase, plasma CO2 & syngas production, … Today, his research activities are carried out at LPP (Laboratory of Plasma Physics) where his main areas of interest are plasma medicine, plasma agriculture as well as plasma-liquid interactions. In 2018, Thierry Dufour has published 28 articles and 9 proceedings in international journals with peer review, and has >50 contributions in conferences. H-index 12.
