Romain Lucken

I am focusing my research on the simulation of a plasma thruster for satellites operated with iodine under the supervision of P. Chabert and A. Bourdon
I grew up in Paris and I graduated from Ecole Polytechnique with a major in Nuclear Engineering. I did the master of Paris-Saclay on Plasma and Fusion Physics.
I was formerly an intern at Airbus DS (Toulouse), the University of Tokyo, JAXA.

My fields of interests are:
- Space propulsion
- Space debris recycling
- Industrial risk management
- Applied Physics in general
- Free diving
- Modern jazz music

I created a company called Share My Space that assesses the risk of on-orbit collisions and develops technologies for active debris removal. http://sharemyspace.global/
