Turbulence in magnetically confined fusion plasmas
The magnetic fusion team performs research activities on controlled fusion by magnetic confinement in coordination with the french "Fédération de Recherche FR-FCM" and European Fusion Development Agreement (EFDA) contributing to understanding for the development of ITER.
The focus of research is the study of turbulence and its impact on the quality of
confinement.
