Research and engineering interests

  • Conception and adaptation of radiofrequency plasma sources
  • Development and exploitation of plasma diagnostic techniques: electrostatic probes, RF voltage and current measurement
  • Instrumentation of low temperature plasma experiments (remote and automated control, data acquisition)
  • Research data management: electronic laboratory notebook implementation, database for experimental data.
  • Vacuum technology: dimensioning of low pressure systems, pressure gauge calibration.
